Video ads for roofing companies in Sacramento
Most people don’t think about their roof until it leaks. Then they want someone they can trust, fast. We film your crews, your roofs and your inspections so the ad answers “who do I call?” You run the ads; we make them.
What we film
What roofing ads usually show
A homeowner can’t see their own roof. The ad shows them what you see up there.
01
An inspection on camera
A roofer pointing at cracked shingles or lifted flashing and explaining what it means for the house underneath.
02
Tear-off to new roof
Old shingles coming off, underlayment going down, the new roof finished. A before and after in one ad.
03
Finished roofs from above
Clean lines with the whole house in frame. Roofing is the trade where an aerial shot earns its place.
04
Crew care and clean-up
Tarps over the flower beds, the magnetic sweep for nails at the end of the day. Homeowners worry about their yard as much as their roof.
05
The owner explaining the estimate
What’s in a quote, what the warranty covers, what happens if it rains halfway through the job.
Your shot list
We plan the shots with you before the day, around the jobs you want more of and the places we can film.
Hooks and objections
What makes a roofing customer stop scrolling
Roofing is a big, rare purchase. The best hooks answer the question the homeowner is already asking.
Opening lines we’d test
- “How to tell if your roof will make it through another winter.”
- “This is what’s under a roof that looked fine from the street.”
- “Repair or replace? Here’s how a roofer decides.”
- “What a roof inspection actually involves.”
- “Questions to ask before you sign a roofing contract.”
What stops them calling, and how the ad answers it
- “They’ll say I need a whole new roof.”
- An inspection ad where the roofer shows what they look for, and when a repair is enough.
- “They’ll wreck my yard.”
- Footage of tarps, clean-up and the final nail sweep.
- “Storm chasers come and go.”
- The owner on camera, explaining the warranty and who picks up the phone in five years.
- “I can’t tell the quotes apart.”
- An ad that explains materials and what’s actually in the price, in your words.

No roofing case study yet
We haven’t published a roofing case study, so we won’t show you one. Our published work is for HVAC, ADU and remodeling clients, and the shoot works the same way.

FAQ
Roofing video ad questions
The questions we get from this trade before a shoot.
Can you film aerial shots of finished roofs?
We’ve used drone shots on shoots before, like the GVD Renovations ads. Ask when you book and we’ll check it’s allowed at your location.
Does your crew go up on the roof?
We follow your site safety rules. We plan the shots with you before the day, including anything that needs to be filmed from the roof itself.
What if it rains on the shoot day?
If weather stops a confirmed shoot, we move it to the next date that works for both of us at no cost.
What should our first roofing ads be about?
The work you want more of: repairs, full replacements or inspections. One clear ad per service tends to beat one ad that tries to cover everything.
Do you film commercial roofs too?
Yes, as long as you can get us access to the site. The ad is different, though: a property manager wants schedules and warranties, not curb appeal.
